Composite or uPVC Door with ‘Works with Kubu’ Lift Lever Lock

The distinguishing characteristic of a Lift Lever lock is the sticker and sensor slot, like the image above.

CompDoor with Avantis MagnaBolt Auto Lock

To identify a CompDoor, look for the sticker on your door. You should also have a sensor fitted in the cradle as standard.

French Windows with ‘Works with Kubu’ Locks

Two side-by-side windows that open outward from the centre with no fixed central mullion.

Vertical Sliding (VS) Windows

Two wooden or uPVC frames that slide up and down. Often found in older / period homes.

Sliding Windows

Panels slide left or right rather than opening outward. Frames usually have visible sliding tracks at the top & bottom.

Tilt and Turn Windows

The distinguishing characteristic of a Tilt Turn is a handle that rotates 180° allowing it to tilt inward at the top for ventilation or swing inward like a door to open.
