We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

How we use cookies

  • Your name, email address, address, telephone number and order details when you create and use a Kubu Account. 
  • In addition to the information you submit we are gathering your IP address to serve you with geographically-relevant content and personalisation purposes. 
What we do with the information we gather 

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

How long do we store personal data? 

We store personal data for as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which the data has been collected, this is also in accordance with our internal record retention register. This means that we delete your personal data when such data is no longer necessary to process a request or to manage our relationship.
